International conference “Actual issues of international turnover of intellectual property objects” is a platform that brings together representatives of the Russian government agencies, competent representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission, representatives of public authorities and services of the CIS countries, senior and middle managers of Russian and international corporations and enterprises , directors of foreign economic activity (FEA), lawyers, representatives of non-governmental organizations and professional associations, shareholders and investors, business owners, leading experts and analysts in foreign economic activity and intellectual property sphere.

4. Particularities of initiating of proceedings for administrative infraction by customs offices.

5. The role of international organizations in settlement of disputes and protection of intellectual property.

6. Analysis of different approaches in judicial practices of Armenia, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan to the issues of protection of intellectual property rights.

The representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission, of judicial bodies of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, of the Federal Customs Service will be invited to the Conference as reporters.

The representatives of the International Partnership Network of law companies Customs & Corporate Lawyers will also take part in the Conference. Its lawyers will discuss practice of protection of intellectual property objects in national jurisdictions.
