Defence of the right holders’ interests

The Bar association also offers services concerning registration information about trademarks in the Custom Register of Intellectual Property Objects of the Russian Federation.

Moreover, the Bar association offers a specially developed complex of services concerning defense of right holders, which besides registration of trademarks in the Custom register also includes:

- detection of illegal deliveries of goods and marked trademarks through customs borders of the Customs Union;

- cooperation with customs offices in using the procedure “ex officio”;

- cooperation with customs offices during the fulfillment of “post-clearance” control over goods, marked trademarks;

- initiating of administrative infraction cases after exploring the facts of violation of right holders’ rights on trademarks;

- defense of interests in courts, law-enforcement agencies, customs offices and other state bodies, and also legal assistance in negotiations with partners and counteragents.
